EcoTech Solutions specializes in creating data collection solutions using iOS devices (iPad, iPhone) and desktops (PC, Mac) for natural resource researchers and professionals.
Our goal is to create data collection applications and databases (aka Solutions) that fit the specific needs of researchers in ecology, biology, fisheries, and wildlife. We develop solutions using FileMaker Pro that can be deployed on iOS devices and used to efficiently collect data in remote field settings. We design our applications to adhere to strict quality control and validation standards as the data is collected. These solutions can be synced to central databases, shared through the web, or downloaded directly to the user's computer. Our databases are structured so that data is immediately ready for summary and analysis, and can be altered to fit our client's specific needs.

The bottom line: If you are currently collecting data using paper data sheets, your work will be easier by using an ETS mobile database solution. You will never have to transcribe data from sheets to a database, you will never lose data from lost or soiled data sheets, and data errors will be minimized in the field if you make the switch to an ETS solution. EcoTech Solutions is owned and operated by Reid Camp out of Moscow, Idaho. We currently collaborate with Eco Logical Research, Inc., Utah State University, and Washington State University. |
